- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store card details.
- Usage data — channel change activity, token balances, and session information to operate the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity and provide access to the platform.
- To process token purchases and channel change requests.
- To operate bar owner dashboards and revenue tracking.
- To send transactional messages (e.g., verification codes). We do not send marketing SMS.
3. SMS & Messaging
By providing your phone number and tapping "Send Code," you consent to receive a one-time verification code via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. We send only verification codes — no marketing or promotional messages. You may opt out at any time by discontinuing use of the service.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Twilio — for SMS verification delivery.
- Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at dayton@bartap.app.
